I'll be honest with you, I've only read up through the end of the New 52 Suicide Squad. John Ostrander is the only SS writer I really respect.
This is nowhere near as comprehensive as the Legion reading order because the Suicide Squad is absolutely everywhere and have tons of minor appearances.
